A study conducted by WalletPop.com, AOL's consumer finance Web site and NeighborhoodScout.com ranks Cambridge, MD as the 7th "Best Affordable Neighborhoods to Retire". The groups said the scores and rankings were based on criteria important to people 50 and over who are planning their retirement, according to a news release.
Affordable homes, quietness, safety and diverse housing options were among the criteria.
